The following is a comradely greeting sent from the Communist Party of Mexico (Marxist-Leninist) to the American Party of Labor on behalf of the party’s Fifth Congress.

GREETINGS TO THE V CONGRESS OF THE AMERICAN PARTY OF LABOR.

Dear comrade delegates of the APL to this V Congress:

The Marxist-Leninist communists of Mexico have received with joy the news that, in the heart of imperialism, the germ of the proletarian revolution is developing on fertile land.

The existence of the APL, as a member of our International Conference of Marxist-Leninist Parties and Organizations (ICMLPO), is in itself an important step to provide the proletariat of the United States with its Vanguard and General Staff, whose main mission is to become that precision instrument with which to achieve the fusion of the proletariat with the theory and practice of the Proletarian Revolution and Scientific Socialism.

We are sure that your Congress will reaffirm and strengthen the tactics and strategy of the proletarian revolution that our teachers Marx, Engels, Lenin, and Stalin taught us; It will take practical tasks and resolutions to continue growing the work of the communists among the strategic proletariat and advance the Bolshevization of the Party. Above all, because there is a labor movement in the United States, which is fighting daily against capital, an example of this has been the strike in the automotive industry which, together with other sectors, caused to increase by 280%, in the year 2023, the number of workers who participated in the strikes, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) itself.

As far as our party is concerned, we are sure that this Congress will be successful and will contribute to continue developing proletarian internationalism, reaffirming the need for the reconstruction of the Communist International and, in the face of the warlike desires of the imperialist powers, to raise a great anti-imperialist and anti-fascist United Front at a global level.

The time is now, comrades.
