The American Party of Labor condemns the acquittal of Donald Trump, who clearly wanted and started a racist white middle class riot in Washington DC.
Ultimately, though, we know justice will never be procured from within the American state, and that American democracy has always been and will always be subservient to the interests of capital and the racist, sexist, and anti-worker ideology that maintains it. We know also that American fascism can only be defeated by a unified working class movement that stands against hate and austerity at home and murderous American imperialism abroad.
