Today, the heart of our beloved comrade and brother, Dick Reilly, ceased to beat.  Comrade Reilly was a veteran activist and fighter for socialism, for the Palestinian and Irish people, and for the cause of all the oppressed and exploited peoples of the world.  All who had the honor of knowing him will remember him, not only for his devotion and dedication, but for his good humor, humanity, and compassion as well.  Comrade Reilly lived his life with courage and optimism, certain that the final victory will be the people’s.

We swear to uphold Comrade Reilly’s example forever.  To make his cause our own.  To never rest until the chains of exploitation are shattered, and the tyrants are laid low.  And we cry our with all our hearts and souls:
