A video created recently by an “independent journalist,” who is nothing more than a blatant propagandist of the Trump regime, has garnered the attention of the country. This video should be seen as nothing more than racist propaganda pushed by the Trump regime to allow the continuation of the current free fall into fascism. The only evidence provided is the testimony of a failed political candidate and fervent racist. In reaction or in addition to this video the Trump regime has decided to freeze federal funding to Head Start and other child care facilities ACROSS THE BOARD. With the freeze in federal funding Trump has also thrown more of his federal watch dogs into Minnesota further terrorizing the oppressed and, in this case, the local Somali community.
The Trump regime would like the working masses to believe that this is being done for the “sake of the children”. Sadly however the working masses will be hard pressed to find evidence of any actions taken by Trump or his cronies to actually protect America’s children.
Towards the end of January 2025, the Trump Regime completely gutted the system through its DOGE program. Then in February with a reduction of approximately 20% of staff for the OHS (Office of Head Start) and OCC (Office of Child Care). Data also showed in April of 2025 that Trump had issued $1 Billion less in federal grants to child care than compared to the previous year. Coupling all this with the rise of child labor in the U.S., it seems clear that the Trump regime has no interest in children, they only have interest in enforcing the exploitment of our ruling class.
This is nothing more than fascist propaganda to allow this imperialist regime its “justification” to continue terrorizing these communities. This is class oppression fully sponsored by the ruling class. This is an attack on the Somali communities in Minnesota, on all Somali people, all immigrant workers in the US, and all workers in the country.
