The Marxist-Leninist Communist Party of Venezuela (PCMLV) calls upon all its members, the working class, the peasantry, communal workers, and the Venezuelan people who have resisted various forms of aggression by the United States, carried out by agents of Yankee imperialism seeking to justify the plundering of our energy resources, thus revealing their fascist nature. We call for struggle, organization, and mobilization in the different sectors: Workers, peasants, and communal workers.

We call upon the workers of the world and the world revolutionary movement to repudiate this military action by imperialism against the Venezuelan and Latin American peoples.  These machinations of the US government now set a precedent to justify domination in a new division of the world.

The PCMLV calls on the workers and the people to organize and develop an offensive against imperialist aggression, exposing the complicity and conspiracy of the Creole bourgeoisie represented by VENANCHAM, FEDECAMARA, and CONSECOMERCIO, who have promoted and carried out attacks on our people at various times.

We must denounce, and warn that the weakened fascist right has attempted to incite street actions to carry out, as lackeys, the role assigned to them by imperialism: To provoke chaos and disorder that serves imperialist plans. In this sense, it is important to strengthen and consolidate the organization of the proletariat in particular and the people in general, with a view to scenarios of resistance and struggle. Likewise, we call on revolutionary peasants and commune members to take and exercise control of production, distribution, and territory, developing expressions of popular democracy.

Imperialism will not go unscathed in a land of men and women willing to carry the anti-fascist and anti-imperialist struggle to its ultimate consequences.

We must be very vigilant against the threat of a second attack. We cannot lower our guard; we must advance. This is the moment for the workers and the people, organized in a revolutionary manner, to halt the bloody intentions of imperialism and fascism. We must advance the struggle for national liberation and socialism. We must transform every territory, every factory, and every small space into a trench of organization and struggle against the invader.

We want to express our sincerest gratitude for every message and gesture of solidarity with the people of Venezuela during this time of aggression by U.S. imperialism. These expressions of support are fundamental, as they not only strengthen our resistance but also highlight the importance of integration and joint struggle amongst our peoples.

Likewise, we must continue strengthening and consolidating the anti-fascist and anti-imperialist front as a space where the diverse capacities of the workers and the people come together to advance and defeat the fascist and imperialist enemy.

Socialism is only built with the worker-peasant alliance in power and the people in arms!
