The American Party of Labor sends its deepest and most heart-felt fraternal greetings to the Communist Party of Albania on the occasion of its 16th party congress.
The heroic centuries long struggle waged by the Albanian people against foreign domination, feudo-patriarchy, and imperialist aggression, and for national sovereignty and social and economic progress is a shining example to all the peoples of the world.
The 8th of November of this year also marks the 80th anniversary of the original founding of the Communist Party of Albania in 1941.
Under the leadership of their vanguard party with Comrade Enver Hoxha at its head, Albanian communists won a signal victory over the Italian and German fascist invaders. But this victory was only the beginning. Albanian communists not only defeated internal reaction and built socialism on the ruins left by imperialism, but also led the struggle against modern revisionism and in defense of Marxism-Leninism and the Revolution.
We salute our Albanian comrades and offer them our hearts and hands in revolutionary proletarian internationalism.
Long live the Communist Party of Albania!
Long live the legacy of Socialist Albania and Comrade Enver Hoxha!
Long live the unity of Albanian and American workers and communists!
For the Secretariat,
American Party of Labor
