Panfilo Martínez Morales, militant of the Revolutionary Popular Front (FRP) was arrested on May 5 at 23 hours on the low bridge of Chrubusco River and axis 3, within the limits of the Siphon and Squadron 201 colonias. The arrest was carried out illegally, without an arrest warrant. At the moment his whereabouts are unknown.
We demand a guarantee of his life and well-being, and his immediate release.
