Arkansas GOP candidate for state representative Charlie Fuqua published a book where he called for the death penalty to be imposed upon children for religious purposes.

The book titled, “God’s Law: The Only Political Solution” has multiple disturbing passages where Fuqua advocates for children to be beaten and sometimes killed for disrespecting their parents. Fuqua wrote:

A child who disrespects his parents must be permanently removed from society in a way that gives an example to all other children of the importance of respect for parents. The death penalty for rebellious children is not something to be taken lightly. The guidelines for administering the death penalty to rebellious children are given in Deuteronomy 21:18-21.”

The congressional hopeful is citing the book of Deuteronomy as something to be read literally. As a point of fact the book of Deuteronomy also claims that if a man rapes a woman, he can then buy her from her father and take her as his wife, among other wild, fanatical, despicable claims of rights to have.

Fuqua also publicly fantasizes that there is a conspiracy amongst liberals and Muslims to take over the planet in the name of the anti-Christ as was locally reported by arktimes.com. He says:

They both deny that Jesus is God in the flesh of man, and the savior of mankind. They both also hold that their cause should take over the entire world through violent, bloody, revolution. Both want to end freedom of speech so that their doctrine cannot be criticized. Neither can survive in a free marketplace of ideas.

Fuqua will get his wish, and it is likely that a free marketplace will reject his extreme rhetoric.
